| A With your bra on the looser hook, make sure the band is snug. Place two fingers under the band and pull it to make sure there’s only a 2-3 inch gap.  |
B Scoop each boob into your bra and center your nipples. The center-front should lay flat against your sternum. Make sure there is no spillage or gaping between your boobs, the cup, or wire.  |

C  Check that your straps are correctly snug. Do what feels most comfortable & supportive; don’t be afraid to adjust one strap tighter or looser than the other. |
D  Move around. Lift your arms, bend at the waist, stand up straight. Your bra shouldn’t move around, move up, or cause any spillage or gaping. |
